Registration Information:

(1) First, decide whether you are going to pay with cash or check at the door, or over the Internet. 
 Credit cards MUST be processed here on the website using PayPal. 
Call (918)486-4666 if you have questions.

(2) We ask that each adult over 16 years of age, pay a registration fee of $10.
 If you are a married, then we are asking $15 for both. 
This Registration Fee covers the Saturday teachings. 
(March 2) Friday night service and (March 3 Marty Goetz Concert) 
Saturday night services are free and open to the general public. 
An offering will be taken for Marty Goetz.
We are not charging registration for children 15 and under. 
Seating is limited. This fee is non-refundable.

(3) Food:

 

There will be a sandwich deli style luncheon on site available on Saturday at noon. 
The charge is $6.25 which includes: drink, turkey sandwich, chips and a pickle spear. 
This is non-refundable. Please indicate if you wish to order this, and how many you are ordering.
You must pre-order this luncheon if you wish to participate. 
Tickets at the door will NOT be available for this luncheon.

(1) Please tell us how many are included in your registration amount, 
(2) how many luncheons you are paying for,
(3) Your Name, 
(4) mailing postal address, 
(5) a telephone number where you can be reached, and 
 (6) an email address if possible. 
 An offering will be taken for Marty Goetz on Saturday evening, so please plan accordingly.

Registration for all people 16 and over. Please change the quantity box in the PayPal shopping cart to the number of people that you wish to register.
